Does Scoop Tribe Clean the Entire Yard?
We will! Scoop Tribe will clean any areas of the property that have dog waste issues including front, back, and side yards, flower beds, dog runs, etc. We also perform a courtesy pick-up for small trash items that may have blown into your yard – free of charge!
Do You Provide Dog Waste Removal Services All Year Round?
Yes! Scoop Tribe provides dog waste removal services year-round in all of our service areas. Rain or shine, snow or heat we will show up to provide our services.
How Do You Ensure the Safety of My Dogs?
The safety of your dogs and property is our absolute #1 priority at Scoop Tribe. We are owned and operated by dog owners so you can be sure that we take every precaution to ensure the safety of all of our pets. We clean all of our equipment and shoes between each yard with the same disinfectant used in veterinary offices to prevent the spread of illnesses. We keep eyes on your dog the entire time we are in your yard, so that we know where they are when we open the gate. You will also receive a gate picture when we are done cleaning so you can be reassured that your pets won’t get out of the yard.
How Much Does It Cost To Hire A Professional Pooper Scooper?
Scoop Tribe has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $79 per month, as well as other options including one-time services. To provide transparency and convenience, pricing is only based on service frequency and number of dogs. That way, you can know with certainty what you will be paying with no surprise fees!
Do I Have To Sign A Contract To Hire A Professional Pooper Scooper?
We believe in the freedom to start, stop, or pause your service at any time here at Scoop Tribe. While we do have prebilling options, we don’t try to lock you into predatory contracts, and you can easily cancel or pause your plan through our customer portal, or by emailing our office.
How Do You Dispose Of The Pet Waste After Each Cleanup?
While many of our competitors will leave behind the bag of waste for you to dispose of, we always completely remove all waste from your property ensuring no lingering smells or messes arise. Proper disposal is essential to environmental safety as dog waste is considered a hazardous material and can even pollute the water table when not handled properly.
Can You Clean With My Dog In The Yard?
Yes! We love cleaning with the dogs, and in fact many of our clients use our service to ensure that their dog is safe and gets some socialization during the day while they’re at work. We do ask that dogs that have shown signs of aggression are left inside during your cleaning to ensure the safety of our team. We will skip houses at the customers’ expense if known aggressive dogs are left in the yard.
Can I Request A Specific Cleanup Day?
Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. While not every day will be available everywhere, each of our service areas does have 2-3 options per week available to best fit your schedule.
Do You Provide Arrival Windows For Services?
We do not provide arrival times for our pooper scoopers. Our high route density allows us to keep prices affordable, and our routes are optimized the night before service for the shortest possible drive time, saving gas and money that we pass on to you. We do, however, provide a 60-minute service message letting you know when we are roughly an hour away from your property.
